The film follows detectives Luis Lopez and Eddie Garcia who are childhood best friends, brother-in-laws, and partners in the New York Police Department Luxury Goods Recovery Unit as they down in the City of Light to pursue an unusual undercover investigation that takes them well outside their comfort zone.
