The film does not continue the story of the original “No Retreat No Surrender”, but centers on an American kickboxer Scott Wylde who goes traveling to Thailand for visiting his fiancée Sulin. When Sulin is abducted by a group of gangsters, Scott along with his former teacher Mac and high kicking helicopter pirate Terry goes to Cambodia to save his girlfriend from Vietnamese and Soviet troops.
