The hilarious movie revolves around four Midwestern couples as they go on a vacation to a tropical island resort. While Jason and Cynthia are there as the last attemp for saving their marriage, the other three merely enjoy some fun with jet ski, spa and the sunlight. However, they soon realize that participation in the resort's unusual couple therapy course is not an option at all. Suddenly, their group-rate vacation comes at a price.
