The martial arts movie revolves around the life of misadventures of Chris Dubois, a pickpocket who leads a gang of orphan thieves in 1925 New York City. Kidnapped by gun smugglers and sold by pirates, Chris finds himself in the end the possession of kickboxer master Khao in exotic East Asia. His combat skills get Chris an opportunity at a grand competitiont, where the most powerful fighters of diverse combat styles in the world gather in order to win the prized Golden Dragon.
