Description:
The U.S President experiences a major decline in his approval rating after he is blamed for the shutdown of a weapons manufacturing plant since he hasn't put the America in any war. To gain back his popularity, he tries to start a war, but after his attempts toward Russia fail, the neighbor country Canada is chosen as his target.
