Humbert Humbert, a young and nice British professor moves to the United States to earn a living. He rents a room in Charlotte Haze’s house, where he falls in love with her lovely daughter Dolores, whom he is immediately attracted. But the only way for Humbert to be close to the girl is that he has to marry her mother, whom he hates so much.
