Description:
‘’ The Cable Guy ‘’ centers on Steven Kovak, who moves to live in his apartment after being thrown out by his girlfriend. Then Steven fakes an interest in Chip’s line of work, however Chip sees it as a great chance to start a friendship with Steven. As Chip shows himself as an annoyance, Steve no longer wants to be Chip’s buddy. In order to revenge, Chip determines to get back at Steven in any way possible.
