In this part, Ozu, the villain from the previous film, walks down a dark alley onl to be stopped by Kommandant Moebius, the Nazi general. Now Danny Coogan and his girlfriend Beth have to team up with a weather-beaten police sergeant and Toulon’s puppets in order to prevent the Nazi general from creating an army of undefeated Nazi soldiers.
