The strict life of tough L. A. police officer Joe Bomowski gets embroiled as his meddlesome, over-protective mommy Tutti drops him a visit. Things reach their peak as Tutti discovers she has spoilt her son's gun by cleaning it with bleach, and she decides to make it up by buying him an illegal MAC-10 machine pistol, where she comes across the murder of one of the men that sells her the gun.
