Corey does not want to see his mentally disordered younger brother Jimmy be put in institution, he helps him out and the two run away together to California, attempting to let Jimmy compete in a great video game championship. The brothers soon join forces and enlist big help from a clever and resourceful girl names Haley Brooks, who notices Jimmy's special talent.
