A jet fighter plan is shot down in the Middle East and the pilot, Ted Masters, is sentenced to be executed by terrorists. His son, Doug Masters asks the U.S. government and the Air Force to rescue his father but they refuse to help, so Doug and Chappy his father's old buddies in Air Force, take an F-16 and head to the Middle East, attempt to save Ted by themselves.
