The Inevitable Defeat of Mister & Pete

The film centers on two inner city boys - 14-year-old Mister and his nine-year-old friend Pete, who are left to fend for themselves over the summer after their mothers are arrested by the local police. Together, Mister and Pete search for foods, avoid the child protective services and struggle the harsh violence that disturbs their area day-to-day.
