Realtor Jim Evers gets the information that Edward Gracey, a mansion owner who wants to sell his property from his partner, he thinks it would be the biggest deal of his agent career. Together with his family, Jim sets out to visit to the mansion, which they soon discover is haunted. Now all the time they have is before the clock to strike 13, and while trying to break out, Jim finds important lessons about the family he has not realized for a long time.
