Barry is an asthmatic kid living with his father, a computer programmer, in Texas. To escape from his tough school life where he is the victim of endless bullies from bigger guys, Barry always daydreams of being the rusty companion of Chuck Norris. With the help of his father, Barry decides to take on karate, and slowly build his confidence and strength through the martial art, without expecting it will lead to his lifetime chance to meet and, even work with the superstar Chuck Norris.
