Description:
A yuppie couple have worked all their life to make their dream come true: They buy a large nice house in the San Fransisco neighborhood. To save cost and make the best use of the house, they rent the first floor to other people. One of the tenant is a prosperous looking man but he never pay any rent at all because he have a plan of his own.
