Description:
Paco and Cruz, and their bi-racial cousin Miklo are members of the "Vatos Locos" gang in East L.A. Violents acts and heroin have driven their lives to differents directions. Miklo got jailed in San Quentin. Cruz becomes addicted to the drug despite his talent in arts. Paco joins the police force and turns out to be Miklo's enemy.
