Tilo has the ability of foreseeing the future but she has grown up without her parents. Raised by the First Mother, she has been taught to become the Mistress of Spices. Her mission is to help other people by using spices but never to leave her shop and be touched to the skin. When she meets architect Dou, Tilo breaks all the rules to fall in love with him.
