City of Ember

The movie centers arround an underground city Ember which is constructed to be a shelter for survivors and operated by a giant power generator. The city of Ember’s residents have lived in an amazing world of lights for generations. However, when their power generator begins to fail and the great lamps illuminating the city starts to flicker, two teenagers try to save the city before the lights are turned off forever.
