A movie focuses on Harley, a homeless girl in New York City falling in love with Ilya. Being asked to slit her wrists to prove her love, she obliges with a little hesitation, perhaps because of her other love: heroin, but her attempt to suicide is not successful. Then Harley meets a drug dealer Mike and lives with him. The problem starts when Harley meets Ilya again and realizes that she still loves him.
