The Proposition

After a fight, everybody died except Charlie and his dull brother Mikey. Captain Stantley promises to release them if Charlie kills his brother Arthur. Arthur has a mental disease but he is very agile and good at shooting, which gives him nickname “ the dog man”. Can Charlie kill him and save Mikey from being hanged before the Christmas
