Teddy Yu is a former secret agent and a single-father of two children. He masters Kungfu and teaches his children about it also. One day, Teddy Yu is approached and kidnapped by a former CIA agent Rocco, who forces him to reveal information about one of his former colleague and his previous activities as well. With the help of his children, Teddy Yu tries to stop the rogue agent and his goons.
