The film follows two soldiers in the US army training camp during World War II, First Sergeant Vic Puccinelli and Private First Class Alvin Korwin. Despite of their cleverness, the two have to face with continuous awkward situations in the camp. Anyway, they manage to handle the problems and make it fun.
