Gary Grobowski and Brooke Meyers are in a romance and they buy a condominium together. But when arguments arise between the two since both of them are not disappointed about the other, which leads to their break-up. But it's not the end of their bond since neither is willing to move out of their condo and finally they agree to live as roommates. But it's not easy to turn from lovers to simple roommates, tensions increases between the two and makes their relationship much worse than the moment they decide to break up.
